Name: Initial Class Students - When entering your name, please enter your legal name EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your CCW. You may choose to use your full middle name or just your middle initial but you must list one of them.
Name: Refresher Class Students -Just copy it off of your expiring CCW (you do not need to put last name first).
Double check your info for accuracy – If you provided information that is misspelled, you will be charged $20 for a replacement certificate and you will have to wait for it to be mailed to you. All other certificates of course completion will be provided at the end of the class.
